Get level C1 to certify a good knowledge of Spanish

BCN Spanish Language offers a course in Advanced Spanish in Barcelona, aimed at achieving the communication skills necessary for the professional world, or simply improving upon one’s current knowledge and skill set in order to achieve a truly advanced level of Spanish.

Many workplaces in Barcelona require a certain level of Spanish as well as the knowledge of other languages. Consequently, many foreigners wishing to reside in this city choose to improve their Spanish with an advanced Spanish course in order to broaden their horizons with regard to employment

It is widely agreed that in order to demonstrate a high level of Spanish, one should achieve the objectives of level C1 of the Common European Framework, which represents a broad knowledge and understanding of the language and a high skill set.

Our Advanced Spanish course in Barcelona is divided into three levels:

  • Level B2
  • Level B2+
  • Level C1

Each course offers 2 possible timetables:

  • The INTENSIVE COURSE that is completed in 4 weeks in order to rapidly improve, which has a schedule from Monday to Friday, from 9:30am to 13:30pm.
  • The ACADEMIC COURSE that is completed in 3 months, which consists of 3 1-hour classes per week, which allows students to combine Spanish with work or other studies.

Small groups of maximum 13 students.

Teachers: qualified native speakers with a wide range of teaching experience.

Timetable: 9:30-13:30 from Monday to Friday, 4 lessons of 55 minutes per day, 20 lessons per week.

Availability: all year round.

Duration: from 1 up to 36* weeks. Each level lasts 4 weeks.

Start date: every Monday, except for absolute beginners who start on

specific dates (see calendar).

Certificate according to CEFR upon conclusion of the course.
