Modification and Refund Policy.
Any changes or withdrawals must be notified in writing to mallorca@bcnlanguages.com.
Cancellations by students before the start of the course: Students may request cancellation of their registration. To do so, they must notify the school in writing no later than 7 days before the start of classes to recover the reservation and any other amounts paid. If there is no notification or enrollment in the course after the start date, the school reserves the right to cancel the registration without refund.
Cancellations by BCN Languages: In the event of a course cancellation by BCN Languages, the student’s payment will be fully refunded by bank transfer within a maximum of 14 days.
The school will allow any modification to the reservation up to 7 days before the start of the course. After this period, changes can only be made based on course space availability.
When applicable, a refund for a reserved spot will be made by bank transfer within a maximum of 14 days.
Any changes or withdrawals after the course has started must be notified in writing to the center 7 days before the first outstanding receipt of the month following the notification takes effect. Non-attendance does not exempt the student from paying the fee for the corresponding period. To recover the reservation amount, current receipts must be up to date.
Any compensation for fees paid due to the inability to continue the course will always be made in the form of a personal, non-transferable voucher. The value of which will be calculated by deducting the current monthly fees corresponding to the months used. The voucher is valid for one year, counting from the date of withdrawal, and can be exchanged for a course with the same characteristics.
Cancellation Policy for Force Majeure
In the event of a course cancellation due to duly justified force majeure that prevents the course from continuing, the student will be fully refunded by bank transfer within a maximum of 14 days.
